LHH in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations across a growing commercial portfolio. You will cultivate tenant and owner relationships, oversee budgets and CAM reconciliations, and drive property financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial property management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with urgency while coordinating with senior leadership and clients.

$80,000-$110,000 Base + Year-End Discretionary Bonus

LHH is partnering with a well-established commercial real estate organization in Fort Lauderdale to identify a Senior Property Manager for its growing property management team.

This opportunity is open to an experienced Senior Property Manager or a strong mid-level Commercial Property Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day operations across a commercial property portfolio
• Build strong relationships with tenants, ownership, asset managers, and vendors
• Prepare and review budgets, financial reports, and CAM reconciliations
• Oversee lease administration, rent collections, and property financial performance
• Coordinate tenant improvements and capital projects

Highly Preferred:

• Industrial property experience
• Third-party property management experience
• Office and/or retail property exposure
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
