Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Experience with office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use properties.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements, operating reports, budgets, variance reports, and property performance metrics.
• Strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, owners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Administer lease requirements and ensure lease compliance.
• Prepare budgets, financial statements, operating reports, and CAM reconciliations.
• Monitor rent collections and accounts receivable processes.
• Coordinate tenant improvements, capital projects, maintenance initiatives, and repairs.
• Obtain vendor bids, negotiate service contracts, and monitor vendor performance and service quality.
• Resolve tenant, operational, and property-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with accounting, maintenance, and leadership teams to maximize asset performance. Prepare owner reports and provide recommendations regarding property operations and financial performance.
• Support acquisitions, property transitions, and onboarding of new assets to the portfolio.
