Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is proactive, accountable, and hands‑on. This person should be able to identify a property issue, find the appropriate contractor or solution, obtain pricing, coordinate the work, and follow through until the issue is resolved.

The right candidate should also be comfortable assisting ownership with leasing properties, evaluating potential acquisitions, preparing properties for sale, managing tenants, and keeping the overall real estate portfolio organized.

Active real estate license required.

Commercial real estate experience required.

Property management experience strongly preferred.

Experience with commercial leasing, tenants, and property operations.

Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.

Ability to manage multiple properties and projects at the same time.

Comfortable working with contractors, obtaining bids, and overseeing repairs.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to review leases, property documents, and basic financial information.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
