Ascend Talent Solutions client, a leading Northern California commercial real estate company, seeks a Commercial Assistant Property Manager for a multi-tenant office/industrial property. You will work with Property Manager, Asset Manager, Engineering and Security teams to support financial and property management tasks.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly/annual financial packages, tenant communications, CAM and tax billing support, coordinating maintenance and improvements, vendor

Formación

• 2 years as an Assistant Property Manager.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency with CRE software including Yardi, MRI, Timberline, and Building Engines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage tenant correspondence, move-ins/outs, and related documents.
• Assist with aging reports and delinquencies.
• Coordinate work orders, on-site maintenance, and improvements.
• Oversee CAM charges, tax assessments, and billing adjustments.
• Ensure timely processing of above-standard tenant charges.
• Oversee insurance certificates and service contractors.
• Prepare tenant lease abstracts and maintain compliant files.
• Participate in capital projects and regular property inspections.
• Develop strong relationships with tenants and vendors.
