Job summary

HarperGC in Asheville, NC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join with the Superintendent to lead project teams, ensure safety, maintain schedule, and deliver quality projects with profitable outcomes.

You will serve as the primary contact for Owners, Engineers, and Architects, oversee critical decisions, manage preconstruction tasks, and drive adherence to project commitments while coordinating with subcontractors and trade partners on complex construction efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Includes 5+ years as an APM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for Owner, Engineer, and Architect.
• Oversee the project and critical decisions.
• Produce and manage pay applications and invoices.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, POs, and FSAs.
• Develop schedules and sequencing of work with Superintendent.
• Coordinate trade partners and field logistics.
• Lead QA/QC program.
• Ensure project safety and compliance.
• Prepare monthly cost/status reports.
