Job summary

Leoforce seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead high-end commercial interior tenant improvements in the Austin metro. You will own budgets, schedules, and client relationships, driving profitability and growth as we expand our Texas presence.

You will mentor PMs and APMs, collaborate with superintendents and architects, and deliver premium finishes on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• GC-side project management experience on commercial interior tenant improvements.
• Experience owning project budgets and schedules from start to finish.
• Has carried client relationships directly and managed PMs/APMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-end commercial interior tenant improvement projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Own the budget and schedule on your projects including cost tracking and forecasting.
• Maintain client relationships with owners, tenants, and brokers and grow repeat business.
• Lead and develop PMs and APMs reporting to you, setting standards for project execution.
• Partner with superintendents, architects, and trades to deliver premium finishes on time and within budget.

Job Details

• Lead high-end commercial interior tenant improvement projects from preconstruction and buyout through closeout.
• Own the budget and schedule on your projects: cost tracking, change orders, forecasting, and keeping the job profitable.
• Carry the client relationship as the main point of contact for owners, tenants, and brokers, and build the repeat business that grows the Austin office.
• Lead and develop the PMs and APMs reporting to you, and set the standard for how projects get run.
• Partner with superintendents, architects, and trade partners to deliver a premium finish on schedule and on budget.

Requirements

• GC-side project management experience on commercial interior tenant improvement work, not owner’s rep, design-side, or ground up only.
• A track record of owning project budgets and schedules from start to finish.
• Has carried client relationships directly and has had PMs or APMs reporting to them.
• Genuine Class A corporate, tech, or life-science interior experience on mid-to-large projects.
• Fluency with Procore and Bluebeam.
• Based in the Austin metro.
