Job summary

Arena Family of Companies seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead mid-to-large interior and TI projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own the budget, schedule and client relationships.

You will work with the superintendent, design team and trade partners to deliver quality work for corporate, technology, life science and healthcare clients while mentoring junior staff and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience with commercial interiors and TI projects, mid to large size.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, scheduling and contracts experience.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project/P6, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
• Clear communication and client management skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equal experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish, including estimating support, buyout, contracts, procurement and closeout
• Build and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost reports and change orders
• Set up and maintain project schedules with the field team
• Serve as the main contact for clients, architects, engineers and owner's representatives
• Run OAC and subcontractor meetings, and track RFIs, submittals and document control
• Scope, bid, level and award subcontracts, then manage subcontractor performance
• Coordinate permitting, inspections and code compliance with the superintendent
• Support a strong safety culture on every jobsite
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead mid to large interior and TI projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll own the budget, schedule and client relationship. You'll also work closely with your superintendent, the design team and trade partners to deliver work our clients come back for.

Requirements

• A track record on commercial interiors and TI projects, mid to large size preferred
• Experience with Class A office, tech, life science or healthcare interiors is a plus
• Strong skills in budgeting, cost control, scheduling and contracts
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project or P6, Bluebeam and the Microsoft Office suite
• Clear communication and strong client management skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field, or equal experience
