Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading complex commercial projects.
• Experience managing projects in the $40M–$100M+ range.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful delivery of commercial projects.
• Lead, mentor, and support project teams, providing guidance and ensuring project objectives are met.
• Conduct regular project reviews, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
