LeoForce, a longstanding construction firm in the St. Louis area, seeks a Commercial Project Manager to oversee commercial projects from planning to completion, manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and lead a team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects.
• Proficient in project management, contract negotiation, budgeting, contract management, team leadership, time management, and customer service.
