Job summary

LeoForce, a leading commercial construction firm, is seeking a Mid Level Project Coordinator to support project managers and superintendents in planning, coordination, and execution of diverse construction projects.

You will manage project documentation, assist with procurement, monitor schedules and budgets, and participate in change orders while coordinating with architects, engineers, and trade partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–4+ years of experience in commercial construction (internship experience considered).
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and project workflows.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
