Job summary

Professional Employment Group of Colorado is seeking an on-site Construction Project Manager to oversee 3 to 6 commercial projects along the Front Range, delivering quality results and staying within budget.

You will be the primary client contact, manage subs, contracts and CPM schedules, use Procore for documents and workflows, and handle change orders with strong emotional intelligence while traveling to sites, sometimes staying in company housing.

Qualifications

• Strong EQ and client-facing communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of commercial construction cadence.
• Ability to manage subs, contracts, and CPM scheduling.
• Experience with ground-up construction, from churches to pools and more.
• Must be on-site, in-office, and at project locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3 to 6 commercial construction projects simultaneously across the Front Range.
• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining polished communication and presentations.
• Oversee project engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Process subcontracts, scopes of work, and CPM scheduling.
• Use Procore expertly to manage documents and project workflows.
• Handle client change orders and difficult news with high emotional intelligence.
• Travel to sites as needed; occasional overnight stays in company-owned housing.
