Site Specific is seeking a Construction Project Manager to drive the coordination and delivery of residential projects. You will manage schedules, costs, and team collaboration while supporting pre- and post-construction activities.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in construction or related field and 5+ years in construction, including financial controls and scheduling. Proficiency in Procore and Excel is expected; OSHA 30 is required within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience in construction/engineering.
• 5+ years in the construction industry, including project management.
• 3+ years experience managing project financial controls and schedules.
• Proficiency in reading plans and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Excel, Procore, Sage 300 and TimberScan.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver residential and select commercial projects; manage schedules, budgets, and teams.
• Monitor change orders, cash flow, and cost-to-complete estimates.
• Serve as primary project communications contact and coordinate with Owners, Architects, and Engineers.
• Oversee safety, quality standards, and subcontractor performance.
• Assist in pre-construction activities including budgeting and estimating; prepare takeoffs.
