Job summary

THB Colorado is seeking an experienced construction project professional to support multiple Denver-based projects. You will review plans, coordinate design and scheduling, implement value-engineering measures, and ensure contractor work aligns with plans and scopes of work.

Qualifications

Associate degree in construction or related field is required.
Minimum 5+ years of industry experience with at least 2+ years in supervision.
Experience with BuildPro/SupplyPro preferred and proficient in MS Office.
OSHA 10 Hour trained; EEBA certification preferred; Construction Defect knowledge a plus.
Experience reading options/selection sheets and change orders.

Responsibilities

Review project plans, coordinate design, scheduling, VE measures, and constructability issues.
Assist in preparing variance budgets and project schedules.
Ensure work performed per plan, specs, and scope of work.
Manage project controls, procurement, budgets, RFIs, and change orders.
Lead safety programs and ensure OSHA guidelines are followed.
Coordinate site walks, meetings, and documentation such as minutes and checklists.
Oversee QA/QC inspections and third-party testing; track and close deficiencies.
Maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and municipal teams.
Monitor risk, prepare reports, and ensure 100% usage of QA management software.
