Job summary

C GLOBAL INC in Nokomis, FL is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential and commercial construction projects from inception through completion. You will coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of construction project management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction project management experience.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and oversee projects to meet time and budget goals.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and specs.
• Proficiency with Procore project management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the onsite Superintendent to manage daily construction activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using project software.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise all phases from pre-construction through completion.
• Direct subcontractors to meet schedule, budget and specs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Review shop drawings, submittals and construction docs with engineers.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Monitor budgets and change orders, identifying cost-control opportunities.
• Lead project coordination meetings with internal teams and client reps.
