Job summary

Precision Contractors in Englewood, CO is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead the construction project lifecycle from preconstruction through completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and vendor management while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will mentor staff, manage change orders, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery across multiple projects. Travel may be required; Procore and Bluebeam experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager on $1M+ projects.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings with strong budgeting skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project life cycle from inception to completion.
• Oversee buyout, subcontractor/vendor management, budgeting and scheduling.
• Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract negotiations.
• Mentor staff, define roles, and maintain RACI matrix.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
• Track financials, ensure cash flow, and manage risk.
