Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field and 2+ years of banking, relationship management, underwriting and credit experience.
• Knowledge of various loan types, credit analysis, spreading and analyzing financial statements, risk analysis, and credit scoring.
• Solid underwriting skills, financial modeling, valuations and policy adherence.
• Strong communications, time management and problem-solving abilities; local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of existing loan relationships.
• Expand relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Spread and analyze financial statements, monitor collateral, pricing, and credit performance.
• Prepare loan presentations and monitor portfolio risk and reporting (past dues, documentation, etc.).
• Stay informed on financial and market trends affecting the portfolio; assist with loan requests.
