Job summary

CGL Facility Maintenance, LLC is seeking a Plumber to perform preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance and select installations for our commercial client base. The role requires familiarity with plumbing codes and safe work practices.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of maintenance experience in plumbing for commercial environments, can work night shifts, and is capable of on-call duties as needed. DL in-state driving may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
• Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures, including sinks, showers, commodes, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposals, and dishwashers.
• Assembles and installs valves, pipe fittings, and pipes made of metals, clay, and plastic using hand and power tools.
• Performs drain cleaning, soldering, brazing, DWV work, toilet installations, water line work, and valve/faucet/sink replacements.
