CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a skilled plumber for preventive and corrective maintenance at a commercial client site in Virginia. The role focuses on installation, repair, and ongoing upkeep of heating, water, and drainage systems.

You will install fixtures, perform DWV work, maintain water lines, and keep CMMS records up to date. A high school diploma and 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 2 years’ maintenance experience in plumbing for commercial environments.
• Ability to work in confined spaces; may require night shifts and on-call.
• Must be a self-starter, motivated, reliable and punctual.
• Must be able to replace sprinkler heads and understand facility layout.
• DL/Driver's license valid and in-state.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures per specs and codes.
• Installs fixtures such as sinks, showers, toilets, water heaters, and disposals.
• Assembles and installs valves and pipe fittings using hand/power tools.
• Performs drain cleaning, soldering, brazing, DWV work, water line repairs.
• Completes CMMS documentation and maintenance work orders.
• Adheres to safety procedures and maintains clean work areas.
• Provides mentorship and training to technicians when needed.
