Job summary

CGL is seeking a Plumber to perform preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance for our commercial client base. The role handles pipe, fittings, and fixture installation and repair, including DWV and water heater work.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of commercial plumbing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. On-site work with potential night shifts and on-call duties is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial plumbing maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work at night and be on call when needed.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and codes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures per codes.
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters.
• Assemble valves and pipes using hand/power tools.
• Perform drain cleaning, soldering, brazing, and DWV work.
• Complete CMMS documentation and maintenance work orders.
• Adhere to safety standards and company/client requirements.
• Provide training and mentorship to technicians as needed.
