Job summary

CGL, a provider of facility management solutions, seeks an on-site Plumber to handle preventive and corrective plumbing tasks in commercial environments. The role covers installation, repair, and maintenance of piping, fixtures, and DWV systems, with emphasis on safety and documentation in CMMS.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of commercial plumbing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Night shifts and on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assembles, installs, and repairs plumbing piping and fixtures per code.
• Performs drain cleaning, DWV work, and fixes leaks.
• Maintains CMMS documentation and relevant records.
• Willing to work night shifts and be on-call as needed.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to junior technicians.
