Job summary

CGL is seeking a Plumber in the Lakeland, GA area to perform preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance for commercial facilities. The role includes installing and repairing pipes, fixtures, and valves, performing DWV work, and ensuring safety compliance.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of commercial plumbing experience, be able to work night shifts or on-call, and be comfortable with CMMS documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of plumbing maintenance experience in commercial environments required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems.
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures (sinks, showers, water heaters, toilets, etc.).
• Assemble and install valves and pipe fittings using hand and power tools.
• Perform drain cleaning, soldering, brazing, and DWV work; repair water leaks and valves.
• Complete CMMS documentation and maintenance work orders.
• Follow safety procedures per OSHA standards and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and provide mentorship when needed.
• Occasionally drive company or personal vehicles for job tasks.
