Job summary

CGL is seeking a Plumber to perform preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance for our commercial client base. You will install, repair, and service heating, water, and drainage systems in accordance with codes.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. You should be able to work night shifts, be on call, and operate safely following OSHA standards. We offer a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of plumbing maintenance experience for commercial environments.
• Must be able to work night shifts and on-call when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
• Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures, including sinks, showers, commodes, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposals, and dishwashers.
• Assembles and installs valves, pipe fittings, and pipes composed of metals, clay, and plastic using hand and power tools.
• Completes all documentation required in compliance with CMMS and conducts maintenance work orders.
