Aruza LLC, based in High Point, NC, is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to help homeowners with pest-related concerns. This role offers a guaranteed 15K salary for the first four months, along with continuous training and support for professional growth.

The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities, conduct property inspections, and build strong customer relationships. Candidates must be self-motivated, enjoy problem-solving, and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ prior experience in the pest control area preferred.
• Prior experience and/or training in pest control sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Generate new residential customers through prospecting and referrals.
• Conduct property inspections and identify pest-related concerns.
• Recommend customized treatment plans based on customer needs.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals

Formation

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree in related studies
