Job summary

PestCo is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Northern NJ & NY with a hunter mindset to drive new business in commercial pest control across multiple sectors. You will prospect, present, and close deals while traveling regionally to meet clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in pest control or related facilities services.
• Proven hunter mindset with track record of closing new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally to meet clients and prospects.
• State-specific licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Identify and qualify opportunities in target verticals such as food processing, hospitality, healthcare, property management, and manufacturing.
• Conduct on-site inspections and develop customized service proposals.
• Present and sell pest control solutions to decision-makers including facility managers and procurement teams.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
