Job summary

Superior Asphalt in Evansville, IN / Owensboro, KY is seeking a Commercial Construction Sales & Estimating Representative to help develop new business, manage client relationships, and prepare estimates for asphalt paving and pavement maintenance projects. You should be organized, self-motivated, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Previous asphalt industry experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction, estimating, or sales.
• Experience in asphalt paving or heavy civil a plus.
• Familiar with measurements and quantity estimation.
• Experience using estimating software or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial construction and pavement maintenance opportunities.
• Develop relationships with property managers, general contractors, and owners.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct meetings, site visits, and project evaluations.
• Prepare accurate estimates for asphalt paving and related services.
• Develop professional proposals and communicate project scopes.
