Job summary

APAC Central Inc. is seeking a Commercial Paving Project Manager & Estimator to lead bids, analyze site conditions, and develop comprehensive cost estimates. You will oversee project lifecycle from bid to closeout, coordinate with clients, vendors, and the Lead Estimator, and ensure timely, accurate proposals.

The role demands strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on safety, schedule adherence, and profitable project delivery in a dynamic paving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• At least five years of experience in construction, paving, and estimating.
• Experience with bid management and client engagement is required.

Responsibilities

• Define full scope of work from blueprints and specs; prepare takeoffs and estimates.
• Create detailed estimates for self-performed work and bids.
• Cultivate and expand customer base; build enduring client relationships.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and lead bid packages.
