Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional level sales position capable of supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention and growth, partnering with the GM to manage Team Members, and directing drivers to ensure timely delivery.

The candidate will have expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, the ability to source from multiple channels, and strong selling skills for commercial customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience.
• Ability to lead teams and supervise daily tasks.

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers and ensure delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
