Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales, coordinate commercial deliveries, and manage the store’s vehicle fleet and parts area. You will perform stocking visits, upsell products, and assist with inventory and flyer drops, while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires English proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work varied shifts including weekends as business needs demand. ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (MVR).
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and assist with dispatching and coordinating commercial deliveries.
• Lead store vehicle fleet maintenance and safety checks; ensure vehicle readiness.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops; perform outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and assist with upselling and cross-selling.
• Lead commercial program when CPP is unavailable (weekends as needed).
