Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led commercial sales, dispatch deliveries, and manage vehicle fleet readiness. You will conduct stocking visits, upsell parts, and maintain the backroom and delivery areas to ensure smooth store operations.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and basic inventory management. Experience in automotive parts and a valid driver's license with MVR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability and customer service orientation.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; MVR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and coordinate deliveries.
• Dispatch and coordinate commercial deliveries from order to dispatch.
• Maintain store vehicle fleet safety checks and readiness.
• Perform account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Lead parts department organization and backroom and delivery areas.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase transaction value.
• Lead commercial program when CPP is not present, including weekends.
• Route store drivers and manage inventory.
