Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales and coordinate deliveries, while maintaining the store's parts department and backroom. You will assist with vehicle fleet readiness, conduct account visits, and upsell to boost average transaction value.

The role requires strong customer service and proficiency with inventory and POS systems. Success depends on effective communication, multitasking in a busy environment, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Strong customer sales and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy store environment.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and store equipment.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR and basic vehicle knowledge.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and dispatch deliveries from order to delivery.
• Lead organization of parts department, backroom, staging and delivery areas.
• Perform account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Engage customers, upsell and cross-sell to increase transaction value.
• Assist with inventory management and driver routing as needed.
• Maintain vehicle fleet readiness and safety checks.
