Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, MVR certification, and proficiency with Word/Excel. Weekend scheduling and some evenings may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and MVR certification.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Basic inventory management and dispatch knowledge.
• Ability to multitask in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales.
• Assist with dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance and safety checks.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs.
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems.
• Lead organization around the backroom, staging, and delivery areas.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals.
