Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales and coordinate commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatch. You will manage the store vehicle fleet, safety checks, and driver readiness, while conducting stock visits and flyer drops to drive sales.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math skills, and the ability to work a mix of days/evenings/weekends. ASE certification is preferred; a valid driver's license with MVR is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (MVR).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatched for delivery.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance and safety checks.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Perform outbound calls, follow-ups, and basic account touchpoints.
• Perform customer deliveries following standard driver procedures.
• Lead organization and maintenance in the parts department and delivery areas.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Lead commercial programs when CPP is not present.
