Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales, coordinate deliveries, and manage store vehicle maintenance. You will perform account touchpoints, upsell parts, and lead the commercial program when CPP isn’t present.

The role requires strong communication skills and reliability in a fast-paced environment. You will handle stocking visits, order dispatch, and inventory knowledge to assist sales growth while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in auto parts or dispatch ideal.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and assist with dispatching deliveries from order creation to dispatch.
• Lead organization and maintenance in and around parts department, backroom, and delivery areas.
• Perform outbound calls, follow-ups, and basic account touchpoints to customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
• Lead commercial program when CPP is not present, including weekends and high-demand periods.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
• Assist CPPs and GMs with inventory management and special projects.
• Assist onboarding and shadowing of new team members.
