Commercial P&C Insurance Senior Account Manager

Summary: The Insurance Senior Account Managers possess extensive product line knowledge and technical expertise. They service an assigned book of business with minimal supervision, prioritize effectively, and respond within designated time frames in a fast-paced environment. They act independently to service large, complex accounts, serve as producers and servicers on assigned house accounts, and assist in the production of new and renewal accounts.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing self-development and goal setting in coordination with supervisors.
• Staying current with industry trends and maintaining product knowledge.
• Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to client inquiries.
• Coordinating marketing processes, obtaining data, submitting quotes, and negotiating coverage.
• Reviewing proposals and policy documents for quality assurance.
• Participating in client meetings, growth initiatives, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate client and policy data using agency management systems.
• Supporting colleague development and participating in corporate initiatives.
• Prioritizing tasks effectively and acting independently with high accuracy.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Active property and casualty license.
• Minimum of 5 years property and casualty insurance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Sagitta and ImageRight systems.
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and handle complex issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
