Role Overview

We seek a self-motivated sales professional with a service-oriented approach, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Your goal is to become a trusted advisor and hero to small business owners in your territory.

  • Region 2 - IL/WI/MN
  • Region 3 - Northeast (WV, VA, DC, PA, NY, ME, RI, VT, CT, NH, MA, MD, DE)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salaried draw offset by commissions (no claw-backs)
  • Net new business commission: 5%-7.5%
  • Renewal commissions: 3%-6%
  • Health insurance (Platinum PPO) after 90 days
  • Dental insurance (fully paid)
  • 401k with matching after 1 year
  • Travel expenses covered (gas, hotels, flights, tolls, parking)
  • Company-provided equipment for remote work
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance license (preferred)
  • 4+ years of commercial P&C insurance sales experience
  • Proficiency with Apple, G Suite, DropBox
Requirements
  • Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License (preferred)
  • Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within designated territory
  • Residency in IL/WI/MN or Northeastern states
