Job summary

Aruza Pest Control is expanding its Commercial Outside Sales Team in the Southeast. You will act as a trusted advisor to business owners and facility managers, identifying pest management needs and building customized prevention programs that protect people, property, and brand reputation.

You will generate new business, build lasting client relationships, and work with Operations to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of outside sales experience preferred.
• B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
• Commercial pest control experience preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to develop new business and consistently achieve sales goals.
• Ability to learn technical aspects of commercial pest management services.
• Strong computer proficiency and CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and company-generated leads.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across multiple commercial industries.
• Conduct comprehensive facility inspections and pest risk assessments.
• Meet with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers to understand operational challenges.
• Design customized commercial pest management solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare and present professional proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships that generate recurring revenue and referrals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and customer information within the CRM system.
• Partner closely with Operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities.
• Represent Aruza with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
