Aruza Pest Control is expanding its Commercial Outside Sales Team in the Southeast. You will advise business owners and facility managers, identify pest management risks, and tailor prevention programs while building lasting client relationships.

This role offers guaranteed earnings during the first four months, uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and ongoing professional development as you grow a commercial portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of outside sales experience preferred.
• B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
• Commercial pest control experience preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to develop new business and meet sales goals.
• Ability to learn technical aspects of commercial pest management services.
• Strong computer proficiency and CRM experience; valid driver's license and clean record.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and leads.
• Identify opportunities across multiple commercial industries.
• Meet with decision-makers to understand operational challenges.
• Design customized pest management solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships generating recurring revenue and referrals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and CRM data.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Attend sales meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
