Aruza Pest Control is expanding its Commercial Outside Sales team in the Southeast. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and facility managers, evaluating pest risks and developing customized prevention programs to protect people, property, brand, and compliance.

This role emphasizes prospecting, networking, and consultative selling with the potential for a company vehicle and ongoing professional development as you build a commercial portfolio and drive revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of outside sales experience preferred.
• B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
• Commercial pest control experience preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Develop new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and leads.
• Identify opportunities across multiple commercial industries.
• Conduct facility inspections and pest risk assessments.
• Meet with decision-makers to understand operational challenges and design customized pest solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and sales activity.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
