Job summary

Aruza Pest Control is expanding its Commercial Outside Sales team in Orlando. As a Commercial Outside Sales Professional, you will build relationships with business owners and facility managers, assess pest management needs, and design tailored prevention programs.

You will generate new business, manage client portfolios, and work closely with operations to ensure service excellence. The role offers guaranteed earnings during the first four months and uncapped commissions, plus a company vehicle

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of outside sales experience preferred.
• B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
• Commercial pest control experience preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to develop new business and achieve sales goals.
• Ability to learn technical aspects of commercial pest management services.
• Strong computer proficiency and CRM experience. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and company-generated leads.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across multiple commercial industries.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand operational challenges.
• Design customized pest management solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare and present professional proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships that generate recurring revenue.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and customer information within the CRM.
