Job summary

The Boston Centerless LLC in Woburn, MA is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to support sales and fulfillment by managing customer accounts and maintaining CRM and ERP data. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, account coordination, revenue operations, or customer service.
• Experience with ERP and CRM platforms (Epicor, Salesforce or HubSpot). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and support territory revenue and service goals with Field Sales.
• Serve as primary customer advocate; respond to inquiries, billing discrepancies, delivery needs, order changes, and returns.
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, and order data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, IT, Production to resolve issues and expedite quotes/sales orders.
• Review RFQs for completeness and obtain missing information.
• Create RMAs and ICNs as necessary.
• Meet performance metrics for quote and order turnaround times.
