Creative Technology is seeking a Commercial Sales and Support professional to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of live-event projects, coordinating across Sales, Account Management, Project Management, Operations, and Finance. You’ll ensure accurate setup, robust documentation, and reliable project financials from opportunity to closeout.

Qualificações

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Experience with contract onboarding, invoicing, and billing processes preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain customer, project, pipeline, and forecasting data within CRM, ERP, and financial systems.
• Support Sales and Account Management with project setup, onboarding, quotes, and commercial documentation.
• Review contracts, POs, vendor registrations, and project-related documentation.
• Coordinate project setup activities to ensure accurate billing information.
• Manage scope changes and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review completed project files and ensure documentation is complete prior to invoicing.
• Partner with Finance to support timely and accurate billing.
• Monitor project financials, identify variances, and help protect profitability.
• Assist with billing discrepancies and customer payment concerns.
• Generate reports on project profitability, revenue forecasting, billing status, and performance.
• Support process improvements for data accuracy and cross-department communication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, PM, and Finance for successful project execution.
