Digital Surroundings is a Technology Consultant and Systems Integration company delivering networking, automation, audiovisual, environmental, lighting and energy management solutions for residential and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience.
• Basic understanding of purchasing and invoicing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical.
• Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven.
• Familiar with QuickBooks.
• Excellent skills with desktop computing including Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily execution of business operations
• Provide administration and coordination for a wide range of client projects
• Aid or lead the scheduling of project tasks and service orders
• Provide excellent written and verbal communications with clients, partners and vendors
• Aid in the administration of client contracts
• Provide operational and project reporting

We have an immediate opportunity for an Operations and Finance Leader to support large scale projects and daily operations. The role supports management and has significant growth potential based on business leadership skills.

Digital Surroundings is a Technology Consultant and Systems Integration company that provides large scale entertainment and building automation solutions. We design, build, commission and provide ongoing support for both residential and commercial clients. Our solutions include networking, automation, audiovisual, environmental, lighting and energy management etc.
