Job summary

Hoxton Circle seeks a Manager, Accounting & Finance to lead client finance activities, manage reporting, forecasting, and contract compliance for a portfolio of major brands. This role sits at the center of client commercial management and partners closely with Commercial Directors on larger, more complex deals.

You will manage your own client portfolio, drive revenue growth, and grow your commercial finance expertise over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional accounting qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years in accounting, finance, or commercial finance.
• At least 2 years in a people leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate and timely client and internal reporting including revenue and profitability.
• Analyze financial performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Complete forecasts, budgets, and month-end deliverables independently.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and align with agency objectives.
• Ensure contract compliance across local markets and support audits.

Job description

A leading global media and marketing services organization is looking for a Manager, Accounting & Finance to join their client finance/commercial team. This role sits at the center of client commercial management, working on complex negotiations for multi-million dollar international contracts with some of the world's most recognizable brands. You'll manage your own client portfolio and partner closely with Commercial Directors on larger, more complex deals, with real scope to grow your commercial expertise over time.

Note this role operates 3 days a week onsite.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing accurate and timely client and internal reporting, including revenue, profitability, and contract compliance
• Analyzing financial performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, and delivering clear reporting to key internal stakeholders
• Independently completing forecasts, budgets, and month end deliverables
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders, managing communication proactively and keeping alignment with agency objectives
• Ensuring compliance with client contract terms across local markets, supporting audits, and developing commercial proposals that meet client needs and drive revenue growth

Who You Are

• You hold a bachelor's degree or professional accounting qualification, or equivalent practical experience, in commercial, accounting, finance, international business, or a related field
• Have at least three years in accounting, finance, or commercial finance.
• Minimum 2 years in a people leadership capacity.
