Job summary

Creative People is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to own the operational infrastructure behind our contractor business, including enterprise MSP programs, client requirements, compliance frameworks, and documentation.

You will standardize workflows, maintain a central source of truth, and drive automation and reporting to support scalable operations and improved billing structures.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise MSP and VMS programs.
• Understanding of client requirements, compliance obligations, audits, and policy changes.
• Strong focus on process improvement and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own operational oversight of enterprise, MSP, and VMS partnerships.
• Manage client requirements, compliance obligations, audits, reporting, and policy changes.
• Ensure onboarding, extensions, offboarding, and contractor management are operationally ready.
• Identify opportunities to optimize program performance and billing structures.
• Create and maintain centralized sources of truth for client requirements, policies, and processes.
• Standardize workflows, documentation, and training materials across the business.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Partner with leadership to improve visibility, accountability, and scalability.
• Develop reporting and actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
