IDEX Corporation is seeking a Senior Commodity Manager for its Performance Pneumatics platform in the United States. You will lead global sourcing strategies, supplier development, and risk mitigation to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets, collaborating with engineering, operations, and finance.

The role requires 7–10 years in sourcing or supply chain leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical, negotiation, and ERP skills. Travel up to 20–30% may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in sourcing, commodity management, or supply chain leadership.
• Proven experience leading complex supplier negotiations and developing commercial agreements.
• Experience in iron and aluminum castings, metal fabrication, machining, or related industrial components used in pneumatic products.
• Experience managing a global supply base across regions.
• Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or supplier development experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated project management skills with strong analytical and communication abilities.
