Job summary

Astound Broadband is seeking a Commercial Network Technician to support enterprise customers and field operations in the Bucks County footprint. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot complex circuits, respond to outages, and coordinate with engineering and field teams.

The role requires 2+ years as a commercial technician, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with fiber, OTDR, and enterprise network gear such as Ciena, Cisco, Juniper, and Meraki WAP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience as a customer technician (commercial).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work before and after business hours and during maintenance windows/outages.
• Complete routine maintenance, weekly backups, daily orders and tickets in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Follow established maintenance procedures and safety guidelines.
• Interpret, analyze and execute engineering designs.
• Collaborate with engineering, IPD, markets, and manufacturers to design circuits and resolve issues.
