Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for repairs and projects.
• Respond to service work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with tenant improvements and project planning.
• Maintain clean mechanical and utility spaces daily.
• Support on-call, after-hours, and weekend duties as needed.
