Job summary

M5 Services LLC is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to service occupied commercial spaces in Pleasanton and surrounding areas. You’ll tackle a variety of tasks from doors and lights to patching and hardware, using your own hand tools, and ensuring workspaces remain safe and clean for tenants.

Ideal candidates bring broad hands-on repair experience across trades, can work independently, and take pride in neat, reliable results in busy buildings.

M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton. We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula: office buildings, retail, and industrial sites for property managers and national facility groups.

We're not a big-crew outfit. Our engineers and technicians work with a full maintenance team behind them, and they're trusted to solve the problem in front of them without waiting on a project manager.

THE WORK

The work that doesn't fit neatly in one trade. Doors that won't latch, a light that won't stay on, a fixture that leaks, patching, hardware, mounting, and the punch list that comes with a turnover. If you're the person who can fix most of what a building throws at you, this is that job.

What We're Looking For

Broad hands-on repair experience across trades. Comfortable working alone and deciding what a job actually needs. Your own hand tools. Clean work in occupied commercial space.

NICE TO HAVE

Real depth in any one trade: plumbing, electrical, drywall, doors and hardware, or paint. Commercial building maintenance background.
