M5 Services LLC is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to service occupied commercial spaces in Pleasanton and surrounding areas. You’ll tackle a variety of tasks from doors and lights to patching and hardware, using your own hand tools, and ensuring workspaces remain safe and clean for tenants.

Responsibilities

• Fix doors that won't latch, lights, fixtures, and patching in commercial spaces.
• Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, drywall, or paint as needed.
• Assess and determine what a job actually needs and execute it.
• Maintain tidy work areas and safety on site.
