Job summary

M5 Services is seeking an experienced flooring installer to join our team in Pleasanton. Responsibilities include installing carpet tile, VCT and LVT, with emphasis on precise subfloor preparation and finishing details in occupied commercial spaces.

Qualified candidates will have experience with interior remodels, make-ready turnovers, and a valid California driver’s license. We offer tools, uniforms, and a solid benefits package including 401k and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in commercial flooring installation and repair.
• Experience with carpet tile, VCT, LVT installations.
• Subfloor prep and patching skills required.
• Ability to install base and transitions.
• Valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial flooring installation and repair.
• Cut, fit and secure carpet tile, VCT and LVT.
• Prepare subfloors and patch imperfections.
• Install baseboards, transitions and related finishing work.

M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton. We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.

THE WORK

Commercial flooring: carpet tile, VCT, LVT, base, and repair/replacement work that comes with interior remodels and make-ready turnovers in occupied buildings.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial flooring install and repair.
• Carpet tile, VCT, LVT.
• Subfloor prep and patching.
• Base and transitions.
• Valid California driver's license.
